Guests will receive a warm welcome from Marco, who will ensure that every stay gets off to the best possible start, or you can opt for the flexible check-in and self check-in Free of charge upon request: keys can be collected independently from a secure box or handed over directly by one of our staff members, depending on your preference.
The rooms are located on the first floor and are easily accessible via a modern, functional glass-panelled lift. This lift is not only extremely convenient, but also ensures comfort and privacy, allowing guests to enjoy a first-class stay.
On the property there is a free private parking, which can be booked in advance. This car park is located in a reserved area, offering added convenience and security for guests’ vehicles.We are delighted to offer accommodation that combines comfort, convenience and a touch of luxury, ensuring that every guest feels right at home.

Guest House Italo & Anna is located just 500 metres from the town centre, where you’ll find all the main amenities: the No. 4 bus stop, a newsagent, a bakery, a café, a pizza-by-the-slice shop, a hairdresser, a bank, and so on.We are just behind the Lavia Park and Blessed Bertrando Park, enchanting places where you can enjoy wonderful walks or bike rides.
It takes just over 5 minutes by car to reach the centre of Udine, at the Udine Stadium Bluenergy Stadium, PalaCarnera, at the Udine Fair, at the shopping centre Città Fiera, at the Cormor Park, to theSanta Maria della Misericordia Hospital, at the Policlinico Città di Udine.
Free shuttle service to the Swim pool di Campoformido e l’airport Udine-Campoformido from where you can also fly over the city of Udine, and the school of skydiving UPnGO where you can do the tandem jump (at weekends by prior booking; please call for further information). We are located just 3 km from Tennis Garden where you can play not only tennis but also to padel, football five-a-side or beach volley.
