Pets
For organisational reasons, pets are not currently permitted. We reserve the right to resume this service as soon as possible.
Shuttle service
The shuttle service must be arranged at the time of booking.
Urban public transport
The bus stops are located opposite the town hall and in the square in Pasian di Prato, just a 5-minute walk from the guest house; tickets can be purchased at the newsagent’s next to the stop. Car park
It is free of charge and is situated within our fenced-off premises, which are monitored by CCTV. No booking is required, and you can leave your car there safely for the entire duration of your stay.
Surroundings
Guest House Italo & Anna is located just a few minutes’ drive from the historic centre of Udine and is also ideally situated for quick access to: the Città Fiera shopping centre, Udine Esposizioni, Bluenergy Stadium, Pala Carnera, Santa Maria della Misericordia Hospital, Policlinico Città di Udine, Swim swimming pool, ENAIP FVG (within walking distance), ISIS Bonaldo Stringher, I.T. Gian Giacomo Marinoni, ITIS Academy, Palapattinaggio, Palamostre, Aeroclub Friulano where, at weekends, you can go tandem skydiving (free shuttle service), Circolo Ippico Friulano, and Pasian di Prato Rugby Club (750 metres away).

Check-in, check-out
Check-in at the property is from 3.00 pm, with the option of self-check-in (instructions will be sent via WhatsApp or email), whilst check-out must be by 10.00 am.
Self check-in
You may enter independently, but for organisational reasons, please request this as soon as possible.
Additional charges per person may apply and vary depending on the property’s policy.
Government-issued photo ID and a credit card, debit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in to cover incidental charges.
Special requests are subject to availability at the time of check-in and may incur additional charges; we cannot guarantee that all special requests will be met.
How is the room laid out?
All rooms have an en-suite bathroom, as well as amenities such as air conditioning and heating, a TV, super-fast Wi-Fi and toiletries. Each room has been designed to cater for the different needs of our guests.
Smokers
Smoking is not permitted indoors. However, smoking is permitted in outdoor areas and on the terraces.

There are no architectural barriers.

How to pay
Payment can be made in cash, by card or debit card, or by bank transfer. All the relevant details will be provided to you by email or online at the time of payment. We can issue an invoice on request.
Cancel a booking
You can cancel a booking in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Confirmation of booking
Once your booking has been made, a confirmation email containing the payment details will be sent to the email address you provided. Should you encounter any problems or difficulties when entering your details, we will be happy to provide assistance.
Change a booking
Should you need to change a booking, please contact us by email.
